What does your guarantee cover?
Our range of bespoke shutters and shutter-blind products have a minimum 3 year guarantee from their date of order.
The Lumberjack Range of wooden blinds are guaranteed for 1 Year from the date of delivery.
Trustworthy workmanship
As a contractual obligation we'll undertake on-site rectification, repair, or replacement of any product which proves to be defective as a result of faulty materials or workmanship.
In the event that a satisfactory repair is not possible, Lifestyle Shutters will replace the product.
Products supplied but not installed by ourselves
As a contractual obligation we'll undertake rectification, repair, or replacement of any product which proves to be defective as a result of faulty materials or workmanship.
If a satisfactory repair isn't possible, Lifestyle Shutters will replace the product. If requested by Lifestyle Shutters, defective parts or products must be made available for us to collect.
Repaired or replacement parts or products will be despatched to the customer at Lifestyle Shutters' cost.
What does it not cover?
- Faults, due to fair wear and tear
- Damage caused by a third party
- Customer miss-use
- Circumstances outside Lifestyle Shutters' control
- Products fitted in inappropriate places against the advice of Lifestyle Shutters
- Countries outside the UK
How do I make a claim?
Any claim under must be in writing (by post, e-mail or fax) stating your invoice or sales order number.
